How does the loan phone work?

If you’re phone is lost, stolen, or damaged you won’t be sent away empty handed or told it's going to take 4 weeks to fix! You'll get a loan phone for FREE so there's no stress or inconvenience to you or your busy life and that is GUARANTEED! You will need to complete all details on our Repairs & Loan Phones service report and fax back the completed form to our office (07) 3891 5977 so that we can organise the loan phone for you before you come into the office to pick up your replacement loan phone.
